Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms looked very nice and cost only a small amount more, but they were a bit small and had a bed in poor condition that caused my wife to have severe back pain during the night. Despite this, they were clean, with excellent blackout blinds that ensured a good quality sleep. The service was great, as the staff really made our stay enjoyable, taking photos of us when asked, providing extra toiletries upon request, and being honest and extremely helpful with directions. The hotel's location was superb, right in the center of the old town with the majority of historical sites, central market, and transport links at the doorstep. However, there was a 50 cm square support pillar in the center of the bathroom. The dining experience had its ups and downs, as the food options were limited, but the quality was good, offering a wide choice. Overall, the facilities were decent, though there were minor issues with the bathroom layout and the water supply occasionally running out.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had a strange glass door that didn't fit properly and let in a lot of light, making it a bit uncomfortable. The view from the room was not great, facing a pile of rubble. Despite some issues, it was a decent place for a short stay, especially if you're out exploring most of the time.
My stay at the hotel had ups and downs. The rooms were in need of modernization and the bed was uncomfortable, causing back pain, but they were spacious and had excellent blackout curtains. The service was helpful overall, but at times felt like our concerns were not taken seriously. The location was ideal for exploring the city, being close to major monuments and transport options. The dining experience had its weaknesses, but offered a decent breakfast. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel provided a comfortable stay with friendly staff.
The hotel had well-appointed rooms and a wonderful terrace, but it was uncomfortably hot at night. The service was fantastic and the location was perfect for exploring the city, although it could get noisy at times. The dining options were excellent, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel was perfect for us, offering spacious and very clean rooms. However, there was a smoky scent in the room and some noise could be heard, which detracted slightly from the experience. The service was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff. The location was excellent, right in the center with easy access to everything we needed. The dining experience, despite having a good variety, could have been more exciting. Overall, a good value for money stay.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable, although the layout of the bathroom was a bit strange. The location is amazing, close to many attractions in Valencia and in a safe area for solo travelers. However, the dining experience was underwhelming with limited options available.
